I doubt whether anything will fit. Mini uses “A” series engine, whereas Somerset is totally different “B” series engine. The B series went on to power Farina models MGB etc, up to 1800CC but block was lengthened to achiecve this. Even the A50, whilst still 1200cc is a different block to the Somerset, Stick with original parts!
