Thanks for replying.

The selection is  not consistant with any one gear from 2nd to 3rd is most times difficult 3rd to 2nd sometimes impossible 3rd to 4th ok reverse difficult, I know to pull the end of the lever out to select reverse that will some times select 2nd.

I would be gratefull if you have any advise.
