I have three photos of the carby on my ’53 or ’54 Hereford engine, which had only done 35,ooo miles when I removed it from the wrecked body it was in. Apart from being resprayed in a metallic grren colour, it has never been dismantled. I have it on a stand so that I can test gearboxes when I have finished them.
